*You must have the link to your Character Profile and your Shinobi Info Card on your signature at all times.
*You must always post the technique you are using in the same post it's being used in, in a spoiler, as well as the technique's cost and your total Chakra Pool during the thread. You are expected to keep up with it, as it can mean life or death for your character.
*No auto hits, if you have made an attack during your post which would make contact with the other person, they must role play out the contact. Remember that you're controlling your own character, not your opponent's.
*48 hours. If you're in a fight, and the other person is gone for no explained reason, after 24 hours you may ask a staff member for permission to skip them. After 48 hours, you can skip them without asking. If you wish for your stated attack to make contact in this new post, you will generally be allowed to land the hit. New attacks (ones stated in the new post and not in the old post) will have to wait another 24/48 hours in order to land.
*As mentioned before, godmodding and metagaming are prohibited. You can and will be banned for repeat offenses.
*You are limited to 3 total replacements per battle topic. Using more than 3 can result in penalties from the staff. Keep track of your charges.
*Each type of clone will have its own rules to go with it so be sure to understand them before you use them.
*Every thread is already death enabled, unless thread starter makes it known in an OOC Note that there is no death enabled.
*You can only carry so many items on you at one time, which will be noted below.

Item/Weapon Rules

*Each rank has a standard amount of total item categories in which they can carry on them at any point in time.
-D Rank has 4 total item slots.
-C Rank has 5 total item slots.
-B Rank has 6 total item slots.
-A Rank has 7 total item slots.
-S Rank has 8 total item slots.
*Scrolls which can carry more items only count for 1 item slot space, unless otherwise mentioned.
*Each item slot accounts for all items of that nature. I.E. 1 Slot can equal 15 kunai.
*Custom armor or pouches or etc can be made to increase item slots.
*Armor does not take an item slot, but certain items like large packs will take one.
*Puppets only take 1 item/weapon slot per puppet.
*Custom weapons take up a single item slot unless stored elsewhere.


Scrolls

*Small Scrolls

-Take up a single item slot.
-Give an additional 2 item slots.
-Can hold any number of weapons in its two slots. (Excludes puppets)
*Medium Scrolls

-Take up two item slots.
-Give an additional 4 item slots.
-Has the ability to hold two puppets.
-Can hold a single body as well.
-Can hold any number of weapons in whichever slots are selected.
*Large Scrolls

-Take up three item slots.
-Gives an additional 8 item slots.
-Can hold any number of items in any slot.
-Can hold up to maximum number of Puppets a user may wield.
-Can hold any number of weapons in whichever slots are selected.
-Depending on the skill of the user, can have an open pathway between two scrolls and send nearly anything between them. (At least Adept Fuin.)

Jutsu and Chakra Rules:

One of the obvious parts of the site is that everyone has their own chakra to start out with. Depending on your skill (letter) rank, you'll have varying amounts of chakra available to you. Some outside sources such as being a Jinchuriki can increase your chakra pool, but otherwise this won't happen often. Your pool can be trained to be higher, but only to a certain extent. That will be explained after the amounts, which are:

Starting Amounts of Chakra for Ranks:

D-Rank Shinobi:          125 Chakra Pool Jinchuriki: 200
C-Rank Shinobi:          175 Chakra Pool Jinchuriki: 250
B-Rank Shinobi:          225 Chakra Pool Jinchuriki: 300
A-Rank Shinobi:          275 Chakra Pool Jinchuriki: 350
S-Rank Shinobi:          325 Chakra Pool Jinchuriki: 425

Base Jutsu Costs:

E Rank Jutsu: 8
D Rank Jutsu: 14
C Rank Jutsu: 20
B Rank Jutsu: 30
A Rank Jutsu: 45
S Rank Jutsu: 60

Jutsu Duration Costs:

The extended use (aka duration) cost of a technique is paid every third post after activation. The cost is equal to one rank below the rank of the technique you are using. Specialization reductions only apply to 50% of the cost of upkeep. For example, if you were a master of ninjutsu, A and S-Rank techniques would only cost half as much. If you needed to pay A-Rank upkeep, you would pay 25% less instead of 50%. (Half of the given reduction.)

E-Rank Cost: 8 (No rank below.)
D-Rank Cost: 8 (E-Rank)
C-Rank Cost: 14 (D-Rank)
B-Rank Cost: 20 (C-Rank)
A-Rank Cost: 30 (B-Rank)
S-Rank Cost: 45 (A-Rank)

Chakra Pool Training:

While your chakra pool upgrades automatically at every skill rank up, you can also add points onto your chakra pool through training. The process is relatively simple. Through meditative or exhaustive training (aka pushing your chakra pool by using techniques) can result in small incremental increases. Each time you exhausted your chakra pool and then spend time fully recovering, you chakra pool will increase by 5 points. This will happen each time you get your chakra pool down below 10% after a rough battle, up to a maximum of +20 points onto your chakra capacity. Remember to spend your time wisely, as a recovering shinobi is more vulnerable than any other.
